Before You Reserve

To ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and comfortable dining experience, we kindly ask that you review our reservation policies below.

These guidelines help us prepare your table with care and provide the best possible service for everyone.

We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Sawasdee Thai.

Dining time limits (due to limited availability):

  • Tables of 1–3 guests: 1.5 hours

  • Tables of 4+ guests: 2 hours

  1. Groups of 6+: 18% auto-gratuity applies

  2. Arrival grace period:

    • We hold reservations for 15 minutes

    • If you’re running late, please call us - after 15 minutes, your table may be moved to the waitlist

  3. Credit card to hold reservation:

    • $10 per person fee (including children) applies for no-shows or cancellations within 5 hours

    • This also applies if part of your party does not arrive

    • This is not a deposit

  4. Cancellations & changes:

    • Please manage your reservation online via TouchBistro (app, web portal, or the link in your confirmation email/text)

    • Changes can be made up to 24+ hours in advance (parties under 9) or 48+ hours in advance (parties of 9+)

    • If you contact us by phone/email within the allowed window, we’re happy to help
